To exchange an article, you have 14 days from the date of purchase. Holy Modest Apparel is not responsible for shipping and handling. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the article to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. A partial refund is possible for damaged articles after a thorough inspection. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service to cover the article fully.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the article or proof of received return delivery. If we do not have your article in stock, we will give you store credit at same or equal value or choose to get a refund. For refunds/exchanges items should not be damaged, not washed, and unworn to be eligible for exchanges and or refunds.
